Rapid Growth Inspires Core Commissions’ Move into Riverview Tower

by | Apr 4, 2023

Vancouver-based software company, Core Commissions, recently finalized a lease agreement on a new corporate office space on Riverview Tower’s 10th floor. Core’s relocation solidifies the company’s upward trend as their continued success in the industry prompts them to expand operations into one of the largest and most prominent office buildings in downtown Vancouver. Through a combination of accolades, strategic partnerships, and expanded product functionality, Core is rapidly gaining recognition as a comprehensive solution to sales compensation and data management.

Riverview Tower, located in the Esther Short neighborhood of downtown Vancouver, is a Class A office building home to 28 businesses, including the Riverview Community Bank headquarters. In addition to their corporate office space, the building also contains 26 apartment units, as well as ground-level retail space. The building’s amenities include an onsite gym, restaurant, and wine bar, and is within walking distance to the newly renovated Vancouver Waterfront. Core’s relocation to Riverview Tower was completed on March 31, 2023.

“After receiving back-to-back awards by SoftwareReviews as the number one vendor for sales compensation software, as well as launching exciting new partnership opportunities, we needed a larger office space to accommodate our expanding company,” said Kirt Phillips, founder and CEO. “This move represents a milestone in Core’s growth and the 10th floor suite at Riverview Tower provides every employee a stellar city view.”

Founded in 2005, Core Commissions has provided an affordable web-based commission management solution for nearly 20 years, completely automating the tedious and time-consuming tasks involved in sales commission and incentive pay plans. Core’s proprietary rule-bot technology and robust data-processing engine makes it simple for companies to manage complex data relationships and commission rule scenarios within an easy-to-use and non-technical user interface.

As further testament to Core’s industry-leading software, SoftwareReviews has ranked Core Commissions number one in the category of sales compensation in their last two consumer analysis reports.
